Services performed at The Cutting Edge Hair Spa are 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your hair care service, please let us know within 48 hours and we will either correct or repeat the service at no charge.  No cash or charge refunds on services will be given.  Consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis only.

All services that have service times longer than 60 minutes will require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling.
